Working on Jake's 6 month collage.....
I don't know where the time has gone. When I look at Jake, I see Ariel, at times. Seeing how quickly she has grown, makes me realize how fast these others are growing up too. It is so bittersweet, being a mom. Part of me just loves watching them become independent and learn to have their own opinions......transforming into a little grown up.....making a mark on the world. Then the sniffle-ly mom takes over and gets emotional about how they will never be THIS way again.....good, bad, and often times, ugly. It'll be on to the next feat in a flash.
So parents......enjoy those moments because it'll be gone and only a distant memory before you know it.
